The spread of COVID created an urgency to build resilience in our enterprises. As the lines continue to blur between digital and physical cyberattacks, what impact is this having on security professionals? Resilience in both our security strategy as well as our personal life is the key to success. This session will discuss what resiliency looks like and how to get there with a balanced approach.
Elliott Franklin has served the technology and security industry for over 20 years. At present, he serves as the CISO for OMNICOMMANDER. He previously served as the Vice President of IT Governance and Security for Loews Hotels. Franklin has also built the information security programs at Omni Hotels, Essilor of America, Whataburger Restaurants, Methodist Healthcare (HCA), and Texas State University. While risk and security have been his primary roles, he has helped architect and migrate data centers to the cloud and build multi-year technology roadmaps. Franklin enjoys giving back to the community with local security organizations and teaching families how to stay safe online and avoid cyber bullies. Franklin holds an MS in IT management from WGU and is a CISSP, CISM, and an ISSA Fellow.View the profile
