Hey, they're all welcome to the customer experience or financial services conference for 2021. My name is Jim Cantore. I am the founder and CEO and journey, map were and chief at Heart of the customer is willing to cooperate of the book. How hard is it to be your customer using Journey mapping to drive customer focus changed?
