James Grugeon is the Founder of Australia's social enterprise beer company - The Good Beer Co. Over the past five years he's created four award winning ""beers for good"" brands in Australia and two in the UK - partnering with National charities and companies like Qantas, P&O Australia, Dan Murphys and BWS to raise funds and profile for good causes. He's also created and led high profile campaigns like the ""A Good Beer Always Helps"" campaign to support independent craft breweries and thank essential workers during the 2020 covid-19 lockdowns in Australia and the ""Cheers for Volunteers"" campaign to support the Royal Voluntary Service on the UK's National Thank You Day.
View the profileDr Clinton Schultz is a Gamilaraay man, registered psychologist and a former chef who has combined his knowledge of Australian native food and passion for First Nation's culture and health to co-found Australia's first non-alcoholic craft beer company and first First Nations owned and led beer business - Sobah, with his wife Lozen. With four years hard graft and learning under their belts, Sobah have set the pace in the non-alc beer sector with a focus on removing the stigma of socialising sober and on championing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health, culture and healing. Clinton and Lozen have built the business from scratch - selling their beers out of their prior native foods food truck business on the Gold Coast, then going door-to-door to bottle shops before non-alcoholic beers were popular - to securing nationwide distribution deals with Coles and Dan Murphy's in Australia and their non-alc brews available in New Zealand, and coming soon in Hong Kong and Singapore.
View the profileDriven by innovation and creating world where health is not a sacrifice, The No Nasties Project and Naked Life CEO and Founder David Andrew is a true entrepreneur at heart who is not afraid of disrupting the market. The journey to a Naked Life has been years in the making and began on the kitchen counter of our founder David. What started as an experiment to reduce sugar in his own diet, is today a relentless mission to accelerate a healthier Australia with a refreshing range of sugar free sodas, iced teas, tonics and now includes a large range of non-alcoholic drinks. Thanks to his Samoan roots, sharing moments is part of Dave’s DNA. Enabling everybody to partake in these moments without compromise on taste or health, has been a driving force for him whilst crafting Australia’s largest range of non-alcoholic ready-to-drink cocktails and mixed drinks. Dave has a great passion for wine, food and innovation. Driven by this he spent the last two year testing and perfecting the range Naked Life Non-Alcoholic Spirits that are crafted with distilled botanicals to ensure the drinks are unmistakable in taste and unique in flavour.
