About speaker

Zachary Foust
Team Leader at Loft Team

Starting my first business when I was 19 years of age, I was enthralled with the venture of business from an early age. Business to me is not a means to an end, nor a quickly concocted theory to retire hastily. It is not remotely about achieving riches, or about a comfortable lifestyle. No, to me, business is a game. A competition even; not against others alike, but versus myself. It is a headache spurring marathon that requires to many skills to master. No day equal, not a moment dull, nor transaction a twin. Any and all attempts at mastery will never quench, and day spent stagnant is a time of lost opportunity. The majesty of business, is that it's a game that can not be won and will not be dominated. Upscale corporations rise and fall, and there is always momentary room at the top for all those that have earned it. Business is my mindset and God has graced me with a keen sense to chase after it. It would be a dishonor to the God I worship if I did not pursue this gift daily.

What's up, Zachary? What's going on, dude? I can't I can't hear you. I'm in yet. Now you can what's going on baby? What's up, dude? How are you? Love it. Did I'm I'm stoked to have you here, man. I'm, I've been a huge fan of yours across your page. I'm not sure how it was Jason, Pantano in the flamethrower when I'm not sure, if one of my personality. Now, he's an amazing follow amazing person. He has admitted story. Also, his background is really unique. It's allowed him to have amazing perspective when it

comes to marketing branding and advertising. So I'm, I think you are very unique in terms of your content and your mindset. So I'm so excited for you to share what, you know, what makes you suspect. I'm especially your your session here was. I don't have any background on. You gave me nothing but the name of marketing love it and I'm excited. Man. I'll let you know man. I appreciate you. First of all, I want to say big. Thanks for Tyler getting this all set up. My man, you use been behind the scenes with the

speaker's. Been out in front with everybody else. Was Deputy. I mean, first people need to contact as you when it comes to marketing because they are running it perfectly awesome job on y'all's side. So really mad and I want to have a discussion with you. I want to have a discussion with everyone watching right now. You're the biggest thing for me guys. I want to be connected. You know, I think we all want to get back to and we dream of when it's convenient person Conference. Next year. We got two thousand, people still in the area. All of us, networking. The happy hours to breakouts were

all looking forward to that. So here's my thing, and here's my ass before I get started. Take a picture of this screen. You see this beautiful man with LeBron and MJ behind them for a second. I didn't realize I was a Photoshop picture and then a picture of the screen post a story on Instagram cuz that's what we talked about content. Don't want to get started on the right foot and why you started the ability to connect to? I'll follow you all. Share the story

tag, Tyler tag myself take a picture of the screen, but let's get Rockin because there's something crazy happening are market right now. And when I say our Market, I say the digital Market because it doesn't matter whether you sell cars, or homes or gym memberships, candy, doesn't matter. Hornet. Being as people are going online before they do anything. People are looking at reviews and going into their little Bank in their mind of who do I know where they're doing anything networking? Has changed. Where I was able to

Once go into a shop and say, hey, I need a plumber, and I rely on the business card. I got from that person, while I go over to my neighbor's. I need a contractor. Who do, you know? I have to rely on a connection between one to two people that I thought maybe will be the most pertinent in that moment. Now, what do we do when we need that information? We go straight online. We go to Facebook. We see those referral post all the time. We go to Google. Tell people have been finding services through searching hashtags, on Instagram.

I know I'm connected with so many Realtors on the professional level looking for a realtor. I might already be connected with on Instagram that lives in Las Vegas. I'll type in Las Vegas realtor in all three Realtors come up, that we are going to meet with Paula. We are so connected. Here's the thing. There's so many options. You're so many tools are so many platforms. Hell, I didn't even have Clubhouse in my business plan December. Now. It's a a new version of social media. It's always growing always adjusting,

but here's the one thing. We can see is extremely, extremely clear. Is that one facet of social media? Digital marketing is still in its infancy. We can see clear as day is going to be a Cornerstone Cornerstone in marketing growing a business. And most importantly growing a Brand's else's titled with the word Bitcoin. And if you're unfamiliar with Bitcoin with that would be kind of crazy. If you are. It's a digital crypto-currency. Now a cryptocurrency

is different from any other currency as the more that it's used, the more that is purchased demores worse. Very interesting. It's not like we're inflation with the dollar and the other currency has more people use. As more printed. The word is worth less social media in a very similar life and more people are using Facebook, the more valuable Facebook, as more people are using Instagram. The more valuable Instagram is as opposed to direct mail marketing. The more people that are doing direct mail in the neighborhood means that you're directing Ellsworth a little bit less, because

they're getting five, six, seven, eight, nine pieces a month now, Bitcoin itsfunneh. As of this talk right now is worth $63,000 for one point. One point dollar. How How much would you like to go back to 2017? Just four years, ago. Skip and a jump. I'm talking. Sometimes we'll have those memories of. Oh my God, that was four years ago. It's still closed for years ago, $980 per coin. Wow, four years, guys. 4 years and you're talking about something that could have 600 or six thousand four hundred percent

ROI plus and going. Now, I'm not a financial advisor, know, we're here to talk about finances. But what would you do to go back to 2017? Take out every loan, ask everybody new for money, find every account. You have sell every Xbox, you own to put money into buying those Bitcoin knowing in four years. Ask the same question to do marketing. How much would you like to go back to 2004 and pay for Google AdWords? Pay for all the search ads, to Google pay-per-click. How badly would you like to go back to 2008 running YouTube ads

or 2012 starting on Instagram? Let me talk about more. Recent one. How much would you like to have been on tiktok in 2019? Mm. Mm. It wasn't even a thought at that point guys. Right now. We have the opportunity to get in on something that is going too far out bro. Where it's at right now, and it's called short-form video. Now, short-form video right now. Is scary and here's why it's scary because you only in the definition of short Foreman when we go ahead and

give that short form is under 60 seconds and a lot of cases under 30 or under 15 seconds, for talking about stories on Instagram, Facebook. Even YouTube. And Snapchat have stories. Twitter has its own name for a story. If all these different areas were under 62nd contact and you posted, and here's why it's more than most scary pieces of content. Is it requires you to be authentic? It requires you to be authentic because it is raw. It is off the cuff, it is what's happening in the moment now.

And every single one of you, that is looking into my digitalize right now, has some fear about people, knowing too much about who you really are. You're afraid people getting too much. Knowledge of you actually are cuz you for some reason, think. But if they know you love the Arizona Cardinals and a beer every now and then. I would never sell my home with that person in my life. I dare you to do a morning. You are disgusting and you should be selling homes all day. No, this isn't what we thought. Our second grade teacher was number was our second grade teacher out in public

like oh my God, if you're not grading papers, you got back into school what family? Now we know that every single person holding an adult job or an adult place of just visibility like a teacher also has a life. Social media has strip that down to its core. We are past that that is not something you can invest in right now. That's all he's done. It is over. We are people who got put on absolute steroids in the past year as well. With kids running in the background of dogs barking on business

meetings, and we're having full quarterly conference is being hosted by Amazon with People that are walking in the background. Like it's, we are here. And I'm going to give you. Five ways through short-form video that you can ride that, whatever you want to call it. You can ride the wave, you can ride the bandwagon ride, whatever, you're comfortable with whatever blows your goat. Here's the thing, short form videos in its infancy and it is here to stay, and it's going to continue to grow. Here is why the attention span

of people is getting shorter and shorter and shorter and shorter. And I would love for you to raise your hand would be kind of weird, knowing I can't see, but thank yourself. Raise your hand in your head. If you ever heard 7 to 12 touches, its what's needed to convert somebody. That's a number that gets thrown around a lot. Did you know, if a recent the numbers are 19 to 23? 19223 Houston. Other number for did, you know, on average per day each person will see three thousand pieces of advertising. 3000 attempts to get your money

will be seen every single day like clockwork, 21,000 every single week, $600,000 a month and you think that boosting one post was supposed to get you some some some business and it's just not going to work, not going to happen. Did you know on Tik Tok a recent study? Came out that said? The average person's growing on Tik-Tok. Watch 14 videos every minute. 14 videos will pass their sum every 60 Seconds. That means that people's attention spans are getting quicker and quicker and quicker. That you're going to have some people on here there to talk

about long-form video and they're absolutely right. You need that long from video. You need to kill long-form video. That is the most trustworthy form of online content. In my opinion, the 20 to 30 minute long, deep dive of the market plug of the market of buying of how to sell of interest rates of investing of the bird method of the 1%, rule of all of these different methods. There needs to be a knowledge broker, and let me tell you, there is no better handshake introduction than being in front of them in a raw and authentic way in the places. They already want to

be. Alright, raw and authentic, in the places that they already want to be. Here is a difference between a TV commercial or yellow. Just a TV commercial, and then out on Facebook TV commercial. I'm not watching it. Where do my eyes go? The moment that commercial starts to the other Mini screen sitting in my hand? And where do people on average? Get this on average go with every 4th. Click of their thumb when they're opening a nap. Every fourth click as a social media app. I'm sorry

to be, so I thought you're just wants to be. So why are you not trying to be what other people want to be? And here's number one? And here's the first place you need to be with short form video. And guys. It's like a four-hour conversation. So I'm doing my best for 40 minutes. The first place you need to be stories. And not just Instagram stories, Facebook Stories. Facebook Stories right now, being severely underutilized and you can get a large viewership without having a ton of

followers, like, you need on Instagram. You have friends. They're going to see it on Facebook. You need to be on stories and stories are exactly what the word describes. It's a story from beginning to the end of this 24-hour. What have you been doing? Brian? What have you been doing, Renee? I see your comments. I got them up. Chat with me chat. Come on, ask him question strong out there. But listen, I want to know what you been up to. That's an amazing way for me to take a couple steps of the the ladder of trust with you.

Let me ask you right now. Tyler, had you ever met Gary vaynerchuk in person before today. Actually have okay, but he said the first time you met him, he was in a talk with a small intimate group of 20 people. But did you get to talk to them when you first talk to him? That you feel like you're talking to a stranger? No, I feel like I'm already cuz you obviously are no, not at all,, We continue to think that relevance needs to be both ways. Absolute scale the relationships that other people have with us without us needing to have a deep and personal

relationship with thousands of people. The Gary vaynerchuk has a deep and personal relationship with Millions. On the other side though, his Circle still stay small. You see what I'm saying? Here short-form video via stories. Allows us to build a relationship with the person on the other end of that screen without any need for us to jump through and have a one-on-one conversation with them. Just the fact, the reason that I, I feel so I could I know you so well, it's through your short form videos. So,

you know, your your true test it and it's because it's I'll be really good with you man. When I don't came in four and a half years ago into this industry. I looked around and said, what are the problems? Cuz what business business is the art of problem? Solving. I have a problem. Here's my solution. Here's my money in between that's business. I looked around. What's the problem? The problem is? No one is attacking us in a digital way. No one's using modern methods. No one's using social media. By the way. I'm broke. Social media is free. I was like, why am I paying? Why am I paying

$2,000 a month to send out postcards that? I know I'm going to have to send 7 more times of $14,000. The possibly get my are wide. By the way. I don't have $14,000. I'd like to save this one had $14 to think about what I was going to eat. While I could make a post on Facebook. My grandma could say my neighbors contractors thinking of selling and I saw the video that you made on Facebook. Tom Perry talked about it earlier today, when he talked about, if I can get a thousand views somewhere, how many phone calls, but I have to make, how many doors would I have to

knock on how many networking events, would I have to go to, to touch a thousand people, and I can do that multiple times a day, every day for weeks or months or years. And that is how we go from making sales to building a business. That's how we go from, just making ads to running a brand, all right? To the first stories we have to making stories. Do you know, how many I suggest 10 today? I suggest, at least always having one revolving on your Facebook. And guess what? When you make stories on Instagram, you can take them, save them close to write your Facebook story, simple. Easy taking

care of done-for-you second. Tik Tok guys. When I tell you the boats on short form, has not left. The dock. I've been telling people the doc has not been made yet. The boat hasn't even arrived to begin getting cleaned to leave the dock. It is not even close. Short form is going to take over the world. I'm talking 10 years from now. When you're walking down the sidewalk a short-form advertisement in the form of a hologram, going to pop up in your AR glasses that you're wearing and you're going to see an ad customized base off. Your current walking Tendencies and what the weather

is. And it's going to be a little 10 to 15 second. Hi. My name is X and I still home from bubble, but I'm telling you, I'm telling you. And dirt. As a guy, how long have commercials always been. 30 seconds, 30 seconds. Max this isn't a new art. This is just now. Consumable low-level, you know, not Fortune. 500 people are finding out that the best way to get in front of a mass amount of people in the best Roi, by the way, everyone loves turn around the ROI work time, versus the actual

results are going to receive is the best Alright, Tik Tok Tik Tok. His videos that are under 60 seconds vertical, which means they take up the entirety of the phone, just like an Instagram story. You don't have to highly suggested, though, Raw. It's real. Yes. It takes some practice. Yes, it take to Glenda Baker, hundreds of videos to took me hundreds of videos. I took the mortgage guy, Ray Allen automation, always people hundreds of videos to get it, right. Because there's no platform on the planet right now, that you can go viral on quicker

than Tik Tok. Italia algorithms Mill, the algorithm is built so that every single thing that you make is going to get seen by at least 50 random people. And those 50 random people do not know you from Adam will judge your content like it view, it comment, share profile. Visit those of the Five Points that the algorithm looks at. All, right, and they will decide whether or not your video Goes On by whether or not they engage with your contact and then it goes to a hundred people and then two hundred in and blah, blah, blah goes all-in and the engagement looks like a nice little Liberty

Bell. And that's how the tiktok algorithm Works guys. You can make one video and I'm a testament to this. You can make one video and have enough referrals for two to three years. I made one video that 1.6 million views and I had a hundred and eighty-six leads, which turned into 42 close referrals. I sent out 40 to close referrals at a 25% rate that is 10 deals of extra money that I got. And I didn't have to do a thing except make a video and a write up some referral forms. Let me guess. Was it a flamethrower video? It was not. In fact, I could not, let me post a single

flamethrower video cuz if you did as a weapon, everyone else was cool with the flu. Tick tock tick tock number three, Instagram reels. It is a broken product, right now. The algorithm is all kinds of jacked up and changing all the time. The guys need to get used to making Instagram reels for one reason, not to try and get three hundred thousand used to get 300, used to get 30 views, to get your followers to see the real, you, your followers to see the organic, you who you are, after sipping wine on a Saturday, who you are with your family, or friends on a Wednesday who you are a

Monday. When you're groggy, like, literally, I want to see who you are. All right. I have so many people that come straight to us because they want to work with us. Not because they even think we're the smartest or the coolest, a deathly, don't think with the coolest and they definitely don't think you're the best-looking. They simply want to trust people that they know love and I actually had experience with. All right people don't buy what you do. They buy who you are? And why you do it. Frank's do Instagram. Reels is another opportunity. The videos are under 30

seconds. All right, as opposed to tiktoks under 60 seconds there still vertical like always and you have the ability to post directly to your Instagram feed and your Instagram stories and got content on different layers of Instagram. Alright Instagram reels is fantastic number for this is a new one. And when I say Bitcoin, I couldn't even Bitcoin more when it comes to his last one or the fourth one. It's You Too Short's. All right. YouTube shorts as a product that has not even been fully launched yet. Just like Clubhouse be in the beta. It's like bit Cloud being in the alpha.

This is brand new stuff. This is really, really, really new features that are coming out, for sure. Still not at Unknown about it. They know they'll be able to use Music. They know you'll be able to do it videos. They know you'll be able to track videos by hashtags, and tag, and there's What's called the shelf for shorts. Forgive my teeth were trying to say that we're without a list, you have the shorts shelf as it is, and I want to watch videos and scroll randomly. Just like Tik Tok and get your YouTube grown. And guess what guys, if you watch the Marvel series, if you watch these

superhero movies, I call this the last infinity stone for you to cuz they have longed form, and they have lived, and they have stories and they have statuses and they have gaming and guess what? They now have short. That's all six. That's every knuckle and then one, right? That's one for the other. Some is MJ, would say. Alright, you have this opportunity to get on this boat early. And any, any, any Venture that's back by Google money. I trust. The number five in this is most actionable. This is what I use for all the short form. Especially Tik Tok IG, real and short and it's called The

Thirst method. All right. I want you to write down if you're riding down taking notes, t h r i s t r. I'm sorry i r s t. If I could spell I be a teacher. I cannot thirst. It stands for title. Hook interest reframe story-tell Target. All right. Title. I need to have a strong title on Facebook. This is the caption. Alright, on Instagram. This is the captain or the words on the screen on Tik-Tok. This is the words that come up on the screen. And then maybe the caption, I on LinkedIn is the title of the blog. This is the

clickbait. This is. This might be an interesting topic. This is how you find the demographic or your Vibe or your tribe that you were going to have wanted to watch this content in the first place because guess what? I want everyone watching my videos. I want people that are going to give me a good watch time. Watching my videos. I want you to drop or watch at least 15 seconds of it. All right. That's my goal hook. I need to have that first frame that first sound that first action at first, something to draw attention. What is going to set me apart, as if you be my energy, am I going to drop a

quick joke? Am I got you something outlandish, like what is it going to be? For example, I started one video and uses example, lot, where I said a missile. Almost hit us while in Afghanistan. Here's why I wish it did. Okay. Geez, that's a little dark. Why would you want that to happen? And at the very end when I go through why this is interesting to them retargeting storytelling at the very end. I tell them that ended up hitting the gym instead of Austin of my goal. Now, I don't have a gym. What do I even do? Now? I'm overseas with a bunch of this testosterone-fueled, dudes. I can't even work

out. This sucks. But that was my hook. I interest if you're talkin about how the Grass Grows is not going to work. If you're not engaging, if you're not using your real personality, I'm not saying you have to be a YouTube celebrity. I'm not saying you have to do what you have to do. Pretend that the cameras a person you like Glenda. Baker doesn't look past the camera. Look at an actual person. Take a shot of whiskey, whatever you need to do, do it. Do it, take some pre-workout. All right, I don't suggest anything illegal. Just do what you need to do. Or I don't

do anything crazy, but just do what you need to do. I have a little breathing, exit read. I'm starting to get a little breathing exercise. Little, a little bit of MLP, little bit anchoring myself, getting myself, or I need to be. That's what I do. Have your routine, just like a basketball player does before free throw or a battered us as you walked up to the plate or golfer does right. Before he comes up to the ball to approach it. He has a routine every single time, into the routine, into your video life. All right, should already be in your schedule. What are you doing before the video

camera? Turns, on number for We Are reframing, Alright, reframing, which means pay with the missile, actually hit us interest points. I'm in Afghanistan and the boys were sitting around the campfire. Okay. I'm hooked. I'm interested. What's going to happen here. Now it's time to reframe. Let me pull back from the original topic and start laying out the scene. What led up to this? All right, if I'm talking for example about real estate and I say, here's how you can buy a home before your 23. Okay. I'm interested. You hooked me up with your energy and that topic. Let's get

into it. Now. I'm going to reframe. All right, so you're 20 years old yet, X credit score, y income, Z problem, Bubba, and I'm going to walk all the way through it with storytelling. Guys, I heard the word storytelling earlier. I love that. It can't be more true. If you are a good Storyteller, you can stop anything. You can be anything because storytelling is the art of gaining attention. And as my man Gary vaynerchuk would say, we are simply day traders of attention. When we are marketers, and if you are real estate agent, guess what you also own a marketing company. So you need to

start learning how to day trade, attention to keep people's attention on you, and they're soft top of mind on you. When the decision, making. Happens for a buy or sell. All right, lover, lastly. Target at the end of, it does not have to be a y, can follow. If you love this or hit the bell and subscribe. It does not have to be that. It can be a natural Lee. It can be a natural if you appreciate the beers leave like otherwise, I can't wait till the next one. Why shouldn't you're watching your target Behavior. Can't wait to see you on the next one or I bring you more value, you know,

why can't the target be something other than, like, and follow? Couldn't it? Just be something silly. Go to my last Instagram post and and comment, comment your favorite food in the comments section. Like, let's start a chain of using this Emoji, like do something a little bit different. All right, if they want to see more of your content will follow you still subscribe you if they like the video. So like it. All right, if you don't want to die like this into consideration

right here, so you need to need to need to be on stories. That's number one. That's get in the door putting in the Reps on short-form. All right. Number to, we need to be on things. Like Tik-Tok, we need to be on reelz. We need to be on YouTube short, the SATs coming up and utilizing the first method title hook, interest reframe story-tell Target last, to cross be used for He's if you wanted like a part 2 or part 3, something like that. We need to take these things into consideration. His guys. This is investing in vests thing into your brand. I'm going to look into you and your

digitalize right now and say I do not care about your sales next month. Alright, your sales next month, will determine six months ago. I'm worried about where you're going to be at in the Summer where you going to be at next winter. Where you be at three years from now? And I'm telling you, if you start putting out consistent content, that is the Investments that you are making into your brand growing. No one walks into the gym and she's results like that. At first, it sucks. It's difficult. It's inconvenient. It takes years to see results. All right, when I talk about Roi we're talkin

about Roa. How big can you grow an authentic real audience? That loves you for who you are. I applaud every single person is already doing this and I am floor every single person who's not to start. And, and that's my pitch on why you should invest in this little thing called Bitcoin. Sharks, who wants to become an investor? That's literally, isn't it? And I think it was one takeaway for everyone here is you have to ask her. If you can do all these trainings, you can hear all these motivational talks

and all, you know, save all the reels and post you want from forest racing, but you have to get dirty, you have to get in the trenches to like Clubhouse, like a miniature. One of these every day you can hear from the lady from people. You never would have access to information information information. If there's no implementation, you'll never get to the domination perpetuation of destroying information in your head if you want one. Man, I love it man. I love this. Hold a guy's eye. Looks like one for my start at. I got

like eight more minutes. Maybe do some questions in the chat. I'm going to look right now at Deanne. Would you use YouTube shorts to drive traffic to your YouTube page while your YouTube source is already connected to you to pay. That's why this is so powerful. If you did a mini little clip going to the speed run of how to get pre-approved in your local city in Indiana, and they were from that little city in the end. They want to learn more. They could click on to your Long formal, you short forms all in one place. That's what makes us so

powerful. All right, so hundred percent, I would suggest doing that. The gaming communities are already doing that extremely well teasing highlights and getting the go to their full page sports page, is doing a great job of doing that start showing highlights of your little content and get them to push into your lawn for. All right, I'll call for you. At what point did you feel that you turn the corner with your level of security in your contents, or at a point where you spell said? It was, you know,

sure real talk is when I stopped caring. I am my life. I was bullied heavily. Like, I was always enough. My feels about what other people thought of me. I can't say it was a switch. It was work. It was being self-aware of me being in. State the point where I realized, if I'm going to do this. I have to quit trying to impress everybody. I have to be myself, AKA stay different at the be consistent with it, and I got to quit trying to impress everybody cares. What other people think about me is none of my business that is their

business and their business alone. That is the brand they have of me in their head. Do what you do with it. I can't control it. All I can control is being me. And here's what I found, the more I become myself, the more I push the boundaries on how much does the world actually want to know about who I am? Who are team is, who are Brandy's. Work. People are the more and more and more. We are finding that just leads. We're finding relationships and friends and clients that are so easy to work with because they're part of our tribe, the same people. I grab a beer with the same people. I poop with

the same people sit in Mastermind with possibly. They're the same people. I want to talk to, ultimately, they're telling what they really want to. Process. Mutual, it's fun. It's enjoyable. Entertaining on the same. Dude. I'm not going to walk around and do yours bathroom. Here's the kitchen. Here's a living room like the same, dude. We're going to crack up. You know, we're going to have a good weekend. Have a good experience or 97.2% of our listing appointment this year. We're on competed with literally. The only realtor there was there was ever interviewed because we had that much

trust and short form is. The reason for it. That's amazing tigers. And also you be entered to win a signed copy of Gary B's latest book. So I'm definitely do that. Zack. Can you hit the goddamn also something like this is my boy Austin weird. What are the questions we got? Icy Kim with these shorts, be added to your website? Yes, I believe it'll have an available in just like anyting you who I think they'll be a value to it. Maybe not just because I don't know if you're short form, contact will be Evergreen enough that you'd want us to

have a spot on your page. A lot of time. If you're driving traffic to your website. You've already broken the discovery phase. I want to talk about the trash out or getting from Discovery to like having a full-out relationship with the person if they're watching your short-form content. You've you've reached Discovery. All right, if it's on your website, we're getting closer to the conversion. So that's what I want. My long-form content. That's going to be like you want to sit for 16 minutes and watch me draw out the circle of home buying Next Level investment that

they have to make enemy. What's up, Eric? My man that broke agents up in here. He's killers. What is a real estate short form? Contact you seen my best one bright Homes. Atlanta was literally me speedrunning, how to get pre-approved and I titled it with how to buy a home under 30 and I just went boom, interest rate, savings employment, W-2s, your independent contractor. You this like just straight through and guess what? If somebody didn't catch it? What are they going to do? Re-watch it? If someone still doesn't get it. They want more

formation. What are they going to do your YouTube and watch your long-form version, or maybe you don't speak a million miles an hour. All right. I have a little bit of a quick Town. Sometimes. I put it to good use or I can fit them in and a half a continent to admit it, but you can do the same. With practice is this is all I put in wraps, broke it. I love it. I would suggest also going to Zach's page so you can see what Type of stuff, he's doing currently. Another one earlier, will be Chelsea fight, Juniper breaks, great ones to kind of look

at as a Northstar to see and get some great ideas from to you want. Guys, you listen, you have to establish what your brains going to be? There are people who really three routes. You can do a short form. You can either a million percent real estate. Just info, info, info, info, info info, info Glenda Baker. Does an amazing job at that. You can be the mixture. It's all going to be real estate content, but it's going to have like trendy twists allowed. This mean in the mortgage guy Queen City realtor. They do amazing jobs at creating content that still kind of mixed in. And then there's

my route. My route is, I'm a hundred percent and every now and then imma be like, boom, right hook. I'm a realtor, I can help you anywhere in the country cuz I have a large referral Network. All right, and then guess what happens if I build trust with them? It's through six months of them learning about my crazy, just really unfortunate lifestyle that I've lived there. Like, hey, your realtor to were thinking about selling and Detroit. Can you help us in? Like, absolutely, I can. Alright. So I've gone around a building, trust building, trust building, trust building, trust building,

trust, and then throwing in the hook, but there's a lot we can do it. Biggest differentiator between the Glenda's the mortgage guy as Queen City myself and the people who aren't doing that is exactly what it is. They're not doing it action. There's no perfect way to do it. Sitting on your butt on your hand thinking. I got to figure out the perfect way. Know you don't just freaking do it or love it. The right there man, you actually crushed it and now you're crushing the Divinity dance, like look at this. Mess is on the city. Can't I can't. Who sings baby? You guys

follow me, please? I want to connect with you. Don't follow the broke agent. I'm trying to catch him and followers to, please don't support him right now, and I love them and then keep support. My man's house has a fantastic conference. Can't wait till the person next year in person and live stream. That's the goal for next year, but I did have a great man. Preciate you.
