ADU development offers a range of benefits that can help foster equitable and inclusive neighborhoods. Is there a need in your community that ADUs can help address? This session will explore how ADUs can assist aging in place, special needs housing, wealth building, affordability, environmental sustainability, community building, and more.

Grant, RA, NOMA, is an architect, designer and researcher committed to the craft of buildings, their potential to enhance cities and develop socially responsible solutions to complex real-world problems. Design means being willing to seek answers to clear direct questions - What is impeding community connection? How do you really work? What makes you different from your competitors? Has integration of emerging technology been successful?
