Shared-equity housing programs expand access to homeownership. As neighborhoods change and real estate prices outpace incomes, can ADUs be part of the shared-equity development toolkit? Community land trusts from around the country describe how they are incorporating ADUs and what we can learn from their experiences.

I believe that every community has potential and real estate investments can be can be financially profitable, environmentally sustainable, and socially impactful. My real estate consulting services blends commercial real estate finance and urban planning to develop strategies for community and economic development. Passionate about serving communities in rural and urban areas, my experience includes projects in Philadelphia, Paterson, NJ, Madrid, and throughout the Southeast. I focus on market and feasibility studies, adaptive reuse strategy, site selection, and development consulting.
