Welcome back everyone. And we're just halfway through a day too. And it has truly been an amazing experience so far to see all the networking that's going on in the comments that are coming in and especially the station's. So, over the next couple

of days to smack built environment for a showcase about three unique innovations that caters to the property management, company management and facility management sector.
