About the talk
Last year, Gartner Research published a study wherein they determined that companies developing #Conversational AI experiences "need to look beyond the technology to the implementation and design of dialogue to achieve success and sustainability." #Conversation Design is the discipline and method that enables teams to be strategic in their design of conversational experiences and create chatbots and virtual assistants that are helpful and natural with customers. This panel gathers leading experts in Conversation Design from across the globe to discuss how organizations of various sizes and industries approach this work, the tools they use, their team operations, and key insights they leverage in their design strategy.

I work with clients in various industries including automotive, hospitality, sports/entertainment, restaurant, and real estate.

My name is Craig Bennett and I am conversation, design principle of Salesforce. And I'm super excited to be moderating a panel with our awesome. Awesome guests from across the globe. So, I'm sure, as you can tell from the different colors of everyone's backgrounds that were all in different time zones. I'm going to go ahead and start introducing our panel. Probably the one with the best time zone at the moment.
