You were sensational. Freaking out. What was that? Lucio. You know, you really great. You're really well. You know. I'm a little upset. I'mma tell you why. I haven't even gone to the bathroom there to be sensitive right now. I've been three times when you get to be my age, you go, more often. All right, don't worry about it. She said you don't want a big deal. Seriously. I wish I was in the front walk there. Any credible job? you know, you Joe Mark. You Joe, Lordan Jr.

Chief, Operating Officer President. We got no Chief Operating Officer. Steve. We're going to Chief intelligence officer. We got a chief technology officer. We got a chief digital officer, a chief at the 30 years and walk. All right, I'm giving myself my own title. What is it? CNO Chief negotiator in officer. I love that. And so well. Deserved. Soldiers are Howard from now on Executive, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Chief negotiator, that's what happens as you get older. I

understand. Yeah, 24 years have a very very special award that we do every single year. How many of you were around and remember Gerry Siciliano? Well, you know what? That goes to show you that 28 years is a long time right there. And that's a real Testament to who we are right, you know for 28 years, Gerry Siciliano was our executive, vice president who passed away in his life was taken at a still very young age of cancer. And I was very important. We said he had the heart and Market, America has an incredible guy and he really knew how to bring people together.

And, you know, I've told you stories in the past, how I would argue with Jr. And being a fight with Jr. And he would try to tell me that he was sorry. And and he wanted to make things right there is coming in the crowd. They are hoping you're feeling. Well, my man. My poor honey is not feeling his best. My poor. Honey is not feeling his best and just so, you know, we were all wishing you. Well out here. Wishing you. Well. Mama will take care of you. Later. Mama will take good care of you later. But you know, Jerry Was a Very Special individual

cuz he always had a way of bringing people together. And for those of you who don't know and I've been together since I'm 18 years old. Now, I'm not going to say my age because ladies don't need to if they don't want to but that's been for some time already. And the cool thing about our relationship is that well when we all fight a lot, but we have the most interesting relationship, because after 30 years of marriage, when we fight, we forget it in a couple of minutes. In fact, we forgot we had a fight, so we could be screaming like a lunatic that each other, and then, two

seconds later we're saying, hey, do you want to go get something to eat? I'm starving and everybody thinks we're weird that way but honestly because we don't hold grudges. And we don't punish each other when were mad at each other, cuz we're human beings, right? And not human doings. But Jerry was really funny cuz it 18 hours, much spice tear back then. And if they're did something wrong, I would really be upset about it. We happen to be fighting about o.j. Simpson. When he was being chased down the street in that car moment. Remember that car? Remember when he was driving down the

road and we were fighting about what o.j. Simpson did and I was really, really angry at Jr. And you know, he told me you should just leave if you don't agree with me and has a lot of agree with you, but at least I went down the hallway and I took Mark's room and I went down there and minutes. Later Gerry Siciliano came by knocking on Mark's door, and he said, Lauren. Jr. Feels terrible. He feels so sad that you're upset right now. I could really because that's not how he acted a few minutes ago. And he said sweetie, he

feels so bad and he wanted me to come down here and tell you how much he loves you. I said, really, why don't you just come down and tell me how much he loved me. Trust me, Lauren. He just wants you to come back to the room cuz he loves you so much. Little did I know that Jerry was saying the same thing to Jr. Down the hall? That's the kind of guy Gerry Siciliano was right. Marty him and he always found a way to bring people together and good and bad right there on. You're mocking.

America was really. So very fortunate to have Jerry for for what I feel for the best years of his life. It seems that all that he acquired over his lifetime. You seem to pour right into Market, America knowing that this was his legacy. And this was his greatest contribution to his friends and family. So for those of you who have never had the pleasure in the privilege of meeting Gerrie. Find this little video. There were about to play very memorable. And for those I hope

those of you who haven't met very well, this video maybe get a feel for what an extraordinary individual. He was. Years ago, I told you we didn't have any instructor as we used to prospect really on the left of ducks. I was in New York once prospecting on a headache and white cane and sunglasses on. And I had four people, four people in a row, help me cross the street and in the middle of the street. I'll tell him, I'm not really blind. But I'm looking for someone that would help a blind, man. And because you did, I've got an opportunity for you.

To be honest. Or as rude as you are as much better by far to the younger. I believe you should survive to 105. Look at all the love. Where is it best to work with fellows? Like Dennis? Good morning. Jr. And Lauren who I love like a cyst. Just an amazing thing. Beyond is that they had bestowed on me. 3 years ago and I join Jr. This is what do you really want? Jerry? Is j.r. I'm getting a beige. And I want to leave this industry of hero. I want to leave with a winning company. Can you give me what I want? If you

are real monsters are real. Unbelievable here with us today. To to remember Jerry to honor Jerry, she son Thomas his wife, Anna and Angelo Thomas. You want to join us onstage, Anna, Angelo? It's an honor to be here today. With my wife, Anna. And my son. Angelo representing the ciciliano family. On behalf of my mom. And the whole ceciliano family. I would like to thank Jr. Lauren and hope corporate team for keeping my fat. My father's memory alive with this award is presented each year.

And, you know, I know it's not just the award that's given every year that I know that he is thought about daily several years ago. I hope I don't get someone in trouble for this, but several years ago. I was in North Carolina and it was Thanksgiving and the office was closed, but I stopped by and there was a security guard outside in. And I asked him, you know, is there a possibility that I could go inside and maybe take a picture because you're so beautiful picture and a statue. That's at the entrance of the office. So the security guard, you know, I don't

think he wanted to let me in but Anyway, I could get a look at there and I showed him my ID. And anyway, he let me in. I took a few pictures and it was was very nice was very nice. My father was an amazing, man. He? He loves his family and his friends. He was many things to many people. He was a leader and he led by example. He, you know, when he first, you know, met Jr. You know, from the very beginning he believed in Jr. Lauren and the corporate team. and he believed that, if

You believe that if an individual would put the effort in that Market, America could provide. All the things they wanted. If they were willing to put the effort into it. something I just thought of, but we were sitting over there and Lauren was talking about the About the things of things that people fear the most and one of them was public speaking. and, My son says, but that doesn't make any sense. Why would people be afraid of public speaking? So my son is definitely my father's grandson.

So at this time, I would I would like to just help me welcome back. Lauren and Marty to 2% the the award for this year. Thank you. Angelo. Angela's, living proof that. When you're young, you believe you can do anything. And you can and you can and you will. People can understand and I'm sure you you do that. You're so bored. Imagery was great. But he represented what? This company is about the greatness of it. He was, he was with us for very short. Of time for and a right mock. I understand.

He's Legacy that he left. There isn't a naira and annuity a shavings whatever you want to call it, the right. Nothing compares to what Gerry left and all the great things. But he also in floor and a half years. He built a business. That left Isabel his wife. God bless her with a six-figure income. And I'm talkin about well over a couple of hundred thousand a year. This is after 24 years and that the agency will continue on to his son and his grandson in perpetuity. Nothing Compares, hit out. That's what

you have with Market America. Lauren. Like an eagle with strength of hardened, Clear Vision. You have written the currents of belief loyalty, respect credibility and the love of the market America opportunity. You know, we're very privileged to Anna today. Somebody who learned night and the corporate team. All feel that this person goes the extra mile. A level of Integrity is impeccable and she showed deserving rarely. Does. This great team have unanimous decision because we all think

for ourselves which is really good. And that's what makes us such a powerful team. But this one was unanimous decision. And with that are 2020 2020. Jerry Siciliano award goes to Sarah Lawrence. This really feels like it can't be happening. And for someone who always has something to say, I am speechless. All I all I can say is every person over the last 20 years that I've watched received. This award has been, my hero has been, my teacher, has paved the way for me for all of us. So for me to receive this.

You know, you used to keep saying to serve this can't be right, but I'm very grateful. I'm really honored. I am desperately trying not to cry and holding it together to when I get to my see where I'm going to fall apart. So thank you. Thank you. Lauren Jr. The Cobra team the field leaders each of you every single day. Inspire me, each honor me and make me want to grab all of you hug you. Thank you, and take all of you with you. So each of you in turn will also get an award like this

cuz you're doing the work. And you deserve it to. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. What is a gentleman named the winner of the 2020? Lord Lauren?
