Everybody, how's it going? My name is Alan. I'm from Addy's. We create merch for NFC owners and collections across the world. Enable them to upload there and if season really murchie fired and now create are you calmer store on the front end? So they don't have to worry about it and help them are in a buck with their NFC. I'm here today to help these guys bring a little bit about what the nfu world crossing over into the real world. So we're going to give her a few minutes to for introductions and they can take it from here and then we'll ask some questions.

Cool. Hey everyone. My name is Richard. I run a company called for Kate's literally 4k.com. What we do is we bring physical assets on chain been around for a long time. As long as the sniper Punk, mailing lists rent, a venture capital fund. Started validated company has acquired cetera excetera, but I love physical asset-backed in a feast. I'm Ellen Carol. One of the founders of bacon coin and also long snap for doing the first decentralised home lending on on chain. We take your home and and turn it into an entity that then you can use as collateral and a

Colorado lending. Protocols and actually bring that real world connection for houses on to the chain. I have round. My name is Chris. I m seijo of uniquely, and we are doing connect. He's backed by physical outfit also and this is how she always type of cones with no match for them. I will confirm it. And yeah, and put this into metal. Awesome. So I'm in your, you know, what you guys experience and what you guys are bringing in two from your within your company's. Let's just Dive

Right In and how do you guys see the NFC translated into the real world? Right? Like right now, I mean, we just were at Thanksgiving. I'm guessing you guys were fun party with all these questions about. What are these entities? Why do you know? How do you make $1000000? Can I give you twenty bucks and you give me a thousand next week? We were just born barter with the questions to see what don't understand. What nfc's are. So I guess the question is, what people even think about is, it's a funny picture. It's a JPEG. It's just it's funny money. It's crazy. How do

you guys see how that has been translated out into the real world and shifting away from the, the images and collector into actual assets and World? Value of the people can change your bowl and use it. I'm sorry. This has been an earlier days. There was like, you know some companies I try to do this is why they're real estate or gold coins or some large Elite restlessly as I take before. It was really cute. Arguably a digital title to physical asset in the traditional world. And as a result this allows it opens up a whole new asset class entire sphere has been a

complete untappd. Cauterization of liquidity. Amm Falls, Rivers ETFs. So the first goal is to teach you but I think three core categories. The first one. That's what everyone's really focused on S B metaverse, which I think is coming around a little early and a third was a kind of what we're doing is basically a digital property rights for physical assets. Yeah, I know we talked about her and if she is or not just for art, you can take a piece of a house, the value of a house and bring it on chain. And and then that

title piece is available for use with any of the calls and kind of Lego bricks around around on chain. But at the same time putting a JPEG of your house and do a rendering of the home. And that's almost as fun as the value that you get out of bringing the house on lunch. And so it's a real connection between the real world of this dismiss, the ownership piece, this scarcity. And then how do you suppose that an interesting ways? And I think we're starting to see that either in the metaverse saying and the physical assets, but I just taking pieces of real

world and representations. And how do you have the trust that whatever are you doing with that on chain, will also be represented in taking care of in the real world and and governments in and other people. Like mortgage lenders are starting to come around to that and where we're seeing the results. Yeah, I totally agree. And I think the nfc's bike be able to outfit a bottle. So they can be like tickets or maybe vouchers for physical assets. And are you feeling completely? We like it? Like for example, we sold around. I don't know. 11, okay. Or shirts and

hoodies. But only to KO people decide to redeem it into the physical form, 11k of and produce only two k. And I feel and they think that the companies will like it. And also if let's say I am a collector of luxury watch. I don't want to keep 50 watches in my house box. If I can people eat them at the next day and I know I can redeem them in real-time. Did that is good deal for me. And I think We are going to make it then this is my future. I know for sure. I mean the big buzz word, obviously the metaverse and it's almost like a bait-and-switch

because we spend all this time telling people. It's it's real. It's not just a JPEG. It's not just a picture. And then when people really got in and I were saying all this metaverse, actually we got to take a right back to digitalize. How do you create. But now the parody within like you guys his own experience and companies are you guys are doing the parody between the metaverse in Bridging the Gap now between something that its digital Now, so either we can be a real asset but also now in the metaverse, so it's almost like a two-step conversion

really like an infant. Be able to bridge metaverse. It within the nfc's that you guys have a work with, then you guys are doing, how are you guys doing that? As solving for that? So, what does ecosystem manatees in general digital art? And a matter of personal stuff is Beatrice an improving school systems until those two criteria is a really rare when you see something interesting or compelling that fit. Both those two criteria has been around in the VR. Tender. We are having a Rolex watch all you have the energy for the Rolex. Watch would be easy on the money to buy a

physical one into the end of Versailles. So they called me. I'll do you like, have all the cats and merge with ax Infinity. This is what I find really compelling. It's the hybridisation. Yeah, we were actually talking about this before we should you take a house in a few and just bring it into the metaverse in and that's kind of right now. We're taking the things we know and do in the in the real world are on the internet and just applying that to metaverse but it's kind of a

foundation Lee different technology. And we saw this with the internet, people got a chance, did then do complete completely new things, but it took a while to figure out what were the completely new things we could do? And we'll have to go through this phase or just bring me what we do on and then you'll start to see things that are just totally different, like top shots compared to just a basketball card. We could just take basketball cards and put them in my divorce. But this idea of like a play in a game being in the meta vs is just a totally different thing. I think that's the cool thing

will start to see, and we are playing around and around the homes and how you physical space is in lending, and that kind of thing in the metaverse. So, from my perspective. Big companies like Nike or Adidas. Maybe they can go deep into the tax place. For example, right now, if Nike Nike has 99% of profits from the physical issues in my opinion, in the next 10 years. They will have 70% of profits from their physical assets and Thursday from the digital assets.

Like they will sell air filter. They will sell the entities and so on and so on. And I think that every every of big companies to will do, more will go more into digital space. What are the big things for nfts is the idea. We're first of all the community and you're part of a community or part of something in your purchasing nfc's that especially pfp projects. It becomes an identity. Again, how do you guys feel like that can blur the lines between, how do you translate

that within the digital and the physical? And I mean about the Watchers and things like that. But how do you personify a digital identity? When now, we're talkin about know this universe metaverse, you know, all of that. Like how do you reconcile the digital personification of your community? You're being your identity, how you guys feel like that could be solved for? Well, I don't know this like a way to force a solvent. Now what it does offer is kind of like a real life soon. Anonymous identity, right. So I can go around

roll through and I could be like, you know, people know me more than my actual name of people know me by my avatar. It's kind of like, you know during the early days of IRC kind of the same thing you do conference. Guys know you guys are pseudo. Name is, it is supposed to be real name Nation. I don't know what does in before replacement and Aziz, and a few communities really grow. We'll see what really happens. I'm actually excited to see what really happens. I think there's a new novel ideas completely untested Solutions, completely novel things that beans in Denton, Texas that we just

haven't really thought about it at all. Yeah, the community is the part. I'm most excited about and we see that in in small communities, you I think about a neighborhood and the people that live there in farming Community were saying that you and discords. Now. We also think back about the barn raisings that used to happen. You're the neighborhood would come together and literally build a barn first. A new person that came into town and and that's in a new digital way. You think about it, somebody coming together a group coming together, maybe not physically, but a group of friends or a

group of family that contributes and creates an entity around this house. The barn is going to be able to buy the place and and then form a community because they're all your joined in this age of 50 inside this block, or inside this neighborhood. That exists only in it in a digital world and that becomes part of your identity to spend and how you choose the group and neighborhood. You live in is a big part of your identity as a person and we choose the places we live because of the people around us. It's really cool and exciting to me that we're taking that. Being able to bring it to a

whole new level in and do it on a worldwide scale. So, yeah, that the NXT theme to Jaws, mostly building building committee and the same way when I have to bring the whole day. And I go to the, I went to go to outside or are we go to the club? And I will see the guy. We've also been stopping all day. Then I will feel this is my good friend and we have lived at the five and four tapes and they want to want to feel like he has her friends and so on. And I think that a lot of a free

free traffic, like, Like a fiber Kong board Types on the end of the day will be there. Big Brand, big merchandising Brands like four papers are doing this right now. Ntia, I feel, I think more things. He's like that with everyone can agree on that, India. For sure. I mean, y'all went to a restaurant with a friend of mine was wearing a hoodie and someone recognized and they literally just came and sat in the table and start talking to us and we're having dinner but they just felt like an

instant connection and talking and talking and could not stop talking with us just because of that hoodie. So like the boy named says done. Definitely something props to them, you know, just to finalize. What do you envision the future? Now with the big Brands coming in in to disrupt and we were seeing Facebook changes the whole Core Business to meta, right? So it's it's it's almost like a train. You cannot stop. It is coming and it's going to happen. It's inevitable. When people ask me about what you think, it's inevitable. It's going to change how we see things how

we view relationships. Are we today? What do you think about the? In fact about the big Brands, now coming in, cuz we're talking about decentralized and being able to nut. You know, control and now we have the Facebook's in the Twitter is like jumping in and maybe caging a little bit of that end of season universe and everything else. Like how do you see that? Play a role into a controversial to extract as much value for Mary Community every product and services they offer. So

it gets out and then he goes and buys people off of Christmas. All the Beast, the Beast takes about a 40% fee, generally and model a baby seal Tax Board in there or why they're there. They take that money that funnels at present struggle of Economics. The people that, you know, there is truly the only set of asses back in the day in the first place. They discount What's in the first place are like, you guys are weird and then down, they all disappear. Again. This is the same cycle, every single time to decrypt. The cycle is exact same thing happens. So,

Yeah, I mean I've been around the internet and Facebook and working with them long enough to know, to never bet against them. But in this case, I think the new technology in the power of decentralization is is going to make it difficult as much as they want to go. And we, we have big Brands and banks that are coming in and trying to make your private ledgers That Base. Could recreate the mortgage space inside of a crypto ride it with a centralized Ledger. But once you get the power of masses in the whole Community working together, it's going to create a new world in a new space that

that we don't even going to happen. No more excited, especially with the bacon coin thing that we're doing to bring those music Gathering and see where it takes off to. I think right now in the actual boo Market District rule to being in metal first and then, a few face. So, a lot of Nigerians will join us because this is a cool antiques free advertising for them. About to come to real use cases. And so on, then we will see this in the bear Market. If companies will join us or if they will, don't join us, but

right now the chance will not stop because it's really going to be in this tastes. Like we start with two days ago with the advisers Deerfield Caesar with beer. And they were selling them an Estes. I think a lot of France will join us right now and that's all I can say. This one just saying like, you know, it's really the deed as entities that sell a bunch of speakers. Sure. It's a nice to have is it real changing? Now this make the world a better place. Most likely not does it change economics or

are you know, they're not really cost to make create maybe Saw Penny and they're trying to not to sell it for 30, 1500 $500. When they take the money, they take that and they actually sell off all the crypto. So you guys are holding tokens. You don't want them to do this because they're putting down all the south side pressure on the tokens that you hold it. So this will happen in 2017 is when I'll die Co company to raise capital for, they're doing the song, all the tokens that they raised and eat or whatever place is downward

pressure on the market and sausage brands is more than rolling in there. Organizations, reminder. We're early. It's incumbent upon us to make this a pave, the road for everybody was a coming. Think of your kids think of the future make it better. Think of that when you're doing everything you're doing for this world. This is brand-new. We have visit the internet, the beginning of it, and we got to make new rules. It's wild wild west. So let's be careful, but think of the future, so

thanks guys.
