And now for a high-powered Turtle of massive, it's how do I get Super Wheels? Hitch? Lock is off, only one thing. Shane Lee and it will be you and McDonald's life. Icon story of Deputy CEO. Alex polygraph. Hello everyone. This is Alex Sunday, Debbie to see her for some sort of incorporation and we are here in LA and Block Singsong. It. I'm going to run very nice topic today. So please pay online. So I will run the future of human connection experience in the metaverse, and we have, really beautiful Jasmine. He'll join us and I will give a few

minutes each of them to introduce them and their products. And Chris. Chris was introduced yourself and your company. And we are a platform in in ft platform. On the testers, blockchain and down where we're staying true to decentralisation. In fact that we we never cussed the, everything's on change, and we keep Baird minuscule amounts on Unturned Servers. And we're just focused on making sure that the artwork I looked into the future and Like I said, Century to up watching technology. You have so much painting behind your back. You're selling them online. If he's

actually bought those, if they have teased and you know that came after I bought the end of tease though, there's arrived in the mail. So I've got that Jake Andrews, Victoria West in Chelsea gave up on me right now. So well, thanks. Thank you for the introduction Chris. I please play on, that's your turn. I got is We on founder of only one. I have a less interesting background behind me. Nice gray wall. The only one is the First Tennessee Park social platform built on Solana project. Everyone still uses social media, right?

Not to call or what does Facebook always at risk of being demonetized. If your Instagram you have to rely on third-party is like merchandise sale, a fairly at length of the grass. So it isn't right? Social media is the dream and Awesome. Awesome. Sorry, I place fish that has your part of the deal. Yeah, thanks again for having me here at this is a pleasure to be in such an esteemed group on the panel on the co-founder and CEO before World virtual world on top of the real world. That enables anyone to create ever and monetize anything anywhere,

allow anyone do the world and our mission is to Build a Better World in to empower our super citizens. And yeah, I'm excited to share our vision with you and I'm looking forward to working with our community building. Wow, awesome. So jao. Please tell us more about our wallets and your project. Founder of heart wallet Foundation. The largest sort of Premier project there during the later to solutions to ask him space, Also recently started a project called the letter metaverse, the platforms that don't matter versus Bayern. Lmf. So you can basically develop

until you're on medical. Okay, since you're here, please tell us about Suka which is also a world. So I'm the chief Innovation officer instrument world to provide a complete solution for like a training manager. Again, if he's also a Marketplace music like James Avery Dennison real world in the world. Wow, that's awesome. So it looks like we're here, like we represent, almost all angles. So if it's locked changing the NFC, like, we do to bulk it up, christopolis, Leah, Alana and others. So, let's talk about that prisoner and the future of the human connection. Type. The

first question goes to the Chris. Sorry. I'm bleeding through paper because the mighty mask need to write those questions because they are really real care about the tunnel. So what role do you use playing in position into the metaverse? So, I guess in a fuser are essential, if you want to have what three point, Ohio, and you won't have the metaverse because anything that can be bought, or sold, whether it's the real world, whether it can be used as an entity, and they have to be true enough. He's, you know, and in order to

to Really qualify as something that can be bought, or should be able to be accessed by are influenced by outside sources, but I think it's absolutely necessary that because when you open this up to everybody that have web 3.0, the whole point is to be decentralized. And if there's no way to sell Goods or if there's good zurik are controlled by a central sorcery or can be changed, then that kind of the Rails the whole web 3.0. And when it comes to you know, I am not averse to being built in a decentralized fashion. You need two people to be able to

buy and sell back and forth and acts. Ownership of the pizzas that they're selling stuff. Thank you. And thank you, Chris, Joelle. What do you think? So can we build them at the verse without the blockchain? That when I talked about metaverse, I usually describe the three parallel track. One of the survey are VR technology. And the other one is the research into our own brain chemistry, you know, nootropics biohacking, psychedelic research to each other and crossover.

But older they're all very valuable in pursuing in their own right? And they all turned into the Unseen World. Service RCS, are you and what do you think at what is there actual role of honesty should be in the metaverse? What's the serving? A number of famous American manatees off? It's an association of ownership that, but it's also like holding something in the metaverse. It's more like a license so that what you can do with it and contents and therefore, the ticket

copyright. Anyway, you can do with it. So you have a representation of itself is a digital or physical access to Apple digital asset. Disassociate yourself answering the Red Sox back to the way we interact with each other. And what do you see the new potentials will bring First of all, I love Joe. Definition about metaverse, because metaverse, essentially, mean beyond our universe, right? And it doesn't necessarily mean the nfu world on Twitter and means a lot more than that. So going

further to like even General chemistry and thought I loved it. So like a simply means virtual environment in this case. And, you know, in the micro, I think we already seeing a lot of big changes on how we interact on the internet, like, on Twitter that you have all these eons, write all these Anonymous influencers on people because of the way they can be anonymous on these Virtual Worlds. They can be fully voicing their opinion without care much about repercussions, which is it could be very productive and

beautiful and one side and sometimes it does get a little bit toxic but I think what that really doesn't it helps us to express ourselves even more, right? On the back row. However, I think the way humans interact via the Internet. It's evolving. Like since early days we have to email and then we have Facebook. I think the next turn is going to be decentralization about the people and you know, we shouldn't be by the rules except by the platform. But rather us as the community on the internet, should really be the first people behind how to converse with other people.

And if she has a big role to play in this because for this entire ecosystem to work, I think way to economy is something. And he brings in a massive opportunity for the individual concentrators to have a way to monetize their social activities for there is three or through other types of entities, right? Because these aren't just Collectibles. Like in some cases in games. It's actually did to the ownership of the items and other platforms. Define may be represent some sort of contract and on outside for a example, it represents some connection between two

people. So I think it's really a lot of different ways. And if you can play a part and a future off, the Meadowbrook, that's going to be about decentralization. And in two ways, how people interact. Do you think that we can use NFC to attract a creative way to your house? Projects be funded? That's a very interesting question. So let me take a step back and like, tell you every day. We have tons of NFC drops enter. A lot of us. You're a thing and two different entities. I just meant to the field from some of the projects, projects just you

know, whatever. But then a lot of money that we put into these, projects are kind of going to waste. Right. So what if those money I asked you could you could use or as a new way of finding new project? So we have a youth size you or I can do whatever I can definitely be away projects that funding to do something meaningful and productive for. You know, for the 49er verse. Davis team instead of selling their after smoking early. They could have sold out there after you as a way of funding

the project launched it and then today I feel with a brush fire valuation. So I think that alone can be like a whole new instrument of fundraising after the whole. OK, Google. Good point. The question is to you is. So since we talked about the definition of Joy, why I really also like the idea display the Mets, verse about differentology Streamside krnv are so basically, like one of the barriers that is not enough as a festival-like of helmets. Do we see that 5 million active users on Steam, right? Exist, the moment. Now, monthly active users and steamer in

virtuality. We can overcome this. Barrier stuff for like a fuser, some VR. Maybe you can we compensate and soothe a, a r. Yeah, you know, I think that as we are continuing to develop the software and hardware at the comes to see our technology and no that's gone. Come a long way in the last few years with oculus Quest and other devices that have really have gotten to a lower price point. Now, much more Chiva bowl and augmented reality on the other. And, you know, there's 3.5 billion mobile phones. There are an able to be six billion mobile

phones. And so the ability for users to get into augmented reality is much more, you know, except all presently in again, growing very fast, but we're going to see in the next year too. Yeah. Then Hardware glasses are going to provide XR70 ability to do VR and AR and you know, I would see the major Hardware. Companies come out with that will be great. Again. We're open to whatever is happening on the ER side with mobile if that's acceptable now, but again building out

on on, VR on audio on haptics on web mobile. Lodging in Rockford, Illinois. I think, you know again. To Jules vision and you know others in here about the metaverse, we are focused on going anywhere that our customers are super citizens are and frost that that includes, you know, a t r and b r and m r. Thanks for the answer. Do you believe that sat Computing will accelerate the adoption of sexuality? Yes, you know, again, there's a variety of Technology inflection points that are accelerating, no immersive

content, a rvr excetera. So as you mention, i g a r Cloud, the ability for us to again utilize the blockchain to enable users to monetize and you know, transact and that's also and it's getting more and more users on these platforms at again, further enabling the Investments that are happening in Metter versus Technologies. If you're seeing Facebook, make some serious announcement. So again, you have a perfect storm of a technic, technology societal factors. Your covid

is is in a big accelerant as everyone knows into the metaverse. Call at 1. That's right. Hot Topic because I'm like getting to choir this light right by Chris the question to you or what. Can you tell us more about clean and a c and what's the plans for a houses in Columbia? We are developing a w on the appear in Black shame, but I recognize that, you know, there was a need to to use something more energy efficient on, liquid proof of stake. Meaning that you're, you know, if you want to delegate your your funds are never never locked. So, you know, when it comes to proof of work, it's

basically a whole bunch of computers that have to have more and more computing power that are all guessing. The answer is quickly as possible. So in order to do this efficiently as the equation, becomes harder and harder on the Block, Energy and your rig get bigger and bigger and you want a smarter faster computer. So you can get this number on. On tezos is proof of stake basically made. Can you put a bond up? You put something up if you're validating the change and if you're caught doing something malicious then they can take your test and it makes it not you know, you think they

can check your bond. Makes it not worth it to try and do malicious attacks on the Chain. So it end of course, there's direct rewards like they can go where it where you were boarded for doing our beer, find certain transactions on the Chain. So proof of stake and proof of word. Proof of stake is about 2 million times more efficient than proof of work. And proof of work is just going to get more and more, you know, relying on energy as the equation, becomes harder. That's that's not the case with tasos. And that's one of the reasons that we move. To the Tuttle speaker

system. So it looks like a bag of friendly in blockchain. You do nothing together with other projects, which is really, really good. Part of his Jeep is running all over the world. Sorry. I can we go to the next question? Like about the toxins out of teas. And the why we like how they met reverse will allow the Creator's the other side, you on. So the question is to you. So do you think the auction marketplaces efficient instruments here as it is now for selling the contents on

Detroit, in Mexico? Absolutely. I think it's going to involve, but the main thing is against it, smart contracts, that relationship original owner of an if she has in perpetuity. So it's not just for the original sale in ability to perform a secondary sales. When is the auction stuff? I put in perpetuity sold smart contact with a nasty ass cheese and represents. Okay, so like delivering to the cats out to the world. When it's happening like several weeks ago in London. I met

Sarah largest, and they've been complaining about marketplaces that the marketplaces have an existing one. I will not tell you the names but they have no creating and this is a big explosion was. So I'm really curious about me with things Joy. All about the crazy power in the centralized varmint. So, Joe, can you share your thoughts about what is the role of creator for the nfc's and decentralized kind of me for the metaverse? And who are those decentralized for their marketplaces? The one will be they disrupted or they should be state, or how she would work?

Does this week that I spent pretty much all weekend is almost here and Dubai where to find our people are discussing. You know, how you fit into the future of the fine arts space in your multibillion-dollar. Our portfolio. And is it an interesting angle? Because, you know, there's a cure as far as I'm going to be allergic, reaction to go to what type of our pieces are going to retain value over, say multiple decades. And you know, if you're going to WildFin at the very important consideration,

as well as what kind of pricing Dynamics as far as the introduction of the art piece in to Listen to Open Marketplace and liquidity provision play lead to the long-term appreciation and price stabilization at which may be different from the ones that allow even a few to be the hot thing for, you know, the next 3 months. Possibly depreciate rapidly. So, I would say there's no science of this, as of yet, standard crypto dynamic, or entities that things are absolutely often opposite of what you would want, or at least that

pretty different from what you would want for, like a fine art collectors, as they're picking up pieces about that. There's a lot of Fine Art Market, let you know, a lot of training and turn on transparency in the way. The assets are kind of introduced to the market in the first place. So he pretends a lot of problems. I am going to spend quite a bit of time in trying to come up with Solutions and I think curators, you know, in some ways are already decentralized in a way, because they really depends on the nature of the kind of marketplace and how is through covered

but it's not so simple. As I see centralized. It's also just about Ark, and the nature of things that have valuable longer. I say, thank you. Thank you, Joel more details about the centralized way of Distributing honesty. Is someone going to be right though, Santa Fe and make rainbow rankings from them. Like, your fantasy could be potentially to full equation to write a project. Will you think it will listen Vance, new form of the owl rating for entity or, or any like old-fashioned instruments, will be used to same place. Like, seeing

horror movies could be right down. He's very popular, another popular restaurant for a developing of the Mets versus Let me rephrase a question. I think you're trying to ask if right now, we are seeing the trends of centralized top ones deciding on the Rarities and utility of the opportunities. And the future is going to be more Dowry and said where the community leaders and snake are 40 and AT&T collections with water and less paper Lotto. What is more expensive glass expensive

and this is there any kind of writing need to social ratings? And that's going to be inventing of social tokens that were maybe another form of the hours for this, from the angle of convenient, in regulation, time to go to strategy. For them, is to say that the Dow and the holders of the entity will become like, some sort of a community that gets to vote and decide how to use the funding and also what kind of events to drive there. NFC Market at the moment is heavily skewed towards the winning, the winners side. Meaning, it's really

like a winner-take-all market. If you look at the trading volume, I would say 80% of the trading volume of the top 5% of the NFC collection. Right? Call Jen Stein example, in on Solano, in proving to be very successful. I bought a few days and I actually got invited to the events in Hong Kong Carly communities around the world and they would actually hang out in person and they would have meetings and vote for what to do with the degenerates. Like, well, I didn't know there's a car, that's a lot of work being done behind the scene for that project,

and I'm not trying to snow. I think, in terms of providing the second question was, I wasn't curious. Like we think it will be those kind of prating or the community affect the liquidity, or at fair value of kind of you to bring the ellcrys the project. Right, if you were running like crap, if you are a bank in the right and traditional economy, there racing at you. If you trying to issuing bonds, this Bunch will be rated by the beach moody or S&P right side items

of the creative industry. You are right, not the bank, you probably a part of the metaverse. You want to track the resources to develop the metaverse, what you think if you using gas, keep doing it at Tractor. So school will a rightist, sanity as a liquid oral, liquid acid NFC nation, which might make it a security in Italy in Lake Worth because of the nature of being blown punch out, right? And it in terms of pricing and ratings, I think for CERN collections right now. It is being determined by the mass-market. Like it's getting migrating out of the sort of Cocoa Beach and

circle. Going to the mainstream life, especially example, in Hong Kong right now. That's fun. That was a public auction by Softee on Christie's and that. She raised a lot of attention from the market and that really got a lot of people interested and more understanding of NFC market. And I think that would in turn in time. I'll provide more for the NFC Market, especially the ones with utility. I think, personally, the future event of tease going to be our utility driven collectible Market, is heavily saturated right now, and there will be more

liquidity coming but I think I think I say, sorry. I'm pretty sure you've been working for the concept of social lamp. Right? Like I said, is I am I correct, right. How do you see us moving into the future like and how does it will be related with honesty? And you see that I need to Evolution step of this selling just just selling of the actual land. Or is there any other like way self to you? Do next steps for a Selling off the land is your land and is a way of enabling anyone in our ecosystem is an example of what we're doing.

Super well to allow them to become stakeholders of the platform and to get an ownership of the platform into be able to participate in eating, share at the economics than happen on the virtual land that they are owning and be able to trade that virtual Lan. And then on the first part of that, you know, again is is the ability to enable anyone. What do they have virtual land or not? Create discover and monetize anything anywhere? And so what you have is the ability for some people to you again, without buying virtual land to be able to

do anything. They want into Coral, still businesses to create content to discover content and again to buy Monetize contact and then others who want to utilize, you know, locational places as well. And be able to kind of become stakeholders there and to help, you know, what the value to those places. Just as you would do in the physical world, you don't want to get involved in a city. You might buy a house or a commercial property and now you're part of the economy, you know, similarly ear in super world working out virtual land as a way of

becoming a stakeholder on the platform. And again, there's decentralized Finance involved there, you know, I start off my career in real estate investment banking and you know, the real estate market is it is a very big part of the overall Financial market and similarly with the ability. In honest eyes, an infinite amount of times in any location because of the utilisation of a r d e r n filters on top of the world. I would guess that the virtual land ecosystem. Would definitely become bigger than the physical land. Ecosystem over

sometime. Long, time to come, but we've been moving pretty fast. And the whole Market is moving fast and easy. I same size. So pretty fun to sell, actually meant rally like Trafalgar Square, and put their advertising performance and the top of a square, for example, and then everyone will be enjoy it. If you have pre owned this land, everyone's thing to you, right? If they running the Stage Station, still exist at the moment. Limitations. Well, when I first entered the space, I noticed that the select few, I can't remember who mentioned it earlier. This lets you wear. The

ones that work were actually determining Who Sold, what was the value? And that that's one of the things that one of the problems that comes up when you talk about assigning, having a group assigned value. It's, it's needed. But how do we do that? And stay true to being decentralized and still allow artist from anywhere that may be their artwork is better than then, you know, people selling for hundreds of thousands on how do we give everybody an equal shot and dumped, you know, when it when it comes to doing enough Deeds as as a Marketplace, I think a lot of people cut corners and

they they do things. The easy way, a lot of platforms, full custody a piece, which you can go away from being decentralized. I'm one of the beef parts about our contract at element is that, you know, we used to fa to token standard and with the FAA to token standards. We use the entire, you know, code. We don't have to just be anything we can, we can say, hey this is up for auction, but it can't be transferred and that's part. It's written into the token contract. Never take control of anything. And do, you know, just State Route, watch it? I think a lot of people in this face

right now are taking shortcuts to get it done. Quickly, running their own servers, all that. I'm to to just get something out, make money as quickly as possible. But at element, you know, we're focused on doing things the right way, not the easy way a little bit slower, but you know where it where we're we're we're actually making Leaps and Bounds and in progress that we're excited about it. Yeah, I have you heard about the upgradable have teeth. I have and I guess when it comes to an upgradable NFC like I said and then if she is supposed to be non-fungible it supposed to do, you

know if I can buy in Ft that can change from an outside Source then maybe I wake up in a week, a month a year, ten years and did this end up tea that I spent quite a bit of money on that website goes down and that energy becomes obsolete. Now what's happened? So we're we're focused on making art the Smith the last. So when it comes to upgrade abilities, there's ways to do it. If something levels up and needs to be self-contained, you can send a 10 ft and get a new one that you can level up again or you can change it and not in that way, but there's a right

way to do it and there's the easy way. So, we're just hoping that the space. You know, really recognizes that there are different ways, might take some more, some more thought and, and some more code, but it's going to be worth it in the long run. I see it as sorry as following this line here and say, do you think the honesty is away, is to represent yourself in the usual environment or just about as a collector, but maybe as a like a person who is trying to be through this and a few present by himself and it's more just about value at maybe to the

new parts of the. Or did you slide dance? Ask a question possibly. I mean by this point, I mean, because people change, it really comes down to it. I'm very specific tastes like keep track of those changes in the game, would be hard to represent a very personal reason. There are completes a unique Avatar. The important thing is also bad ownership relationship. Okay, so jealous, so you are as a, as a representative of the art industry. Can you please say your personal opinion? Because it all

at the conflict between the investor and as a Creator. Do you think the NFC is a part of your digital representation yourself or is just instrumental in getting your money to get new. Stuff where I am. I think a lot of people think of us aren't, you know, even though I buys Fine Art people all the time or kind of missing the point, you know, the energy industry really got picking with crypto kitties and it's basically a speculative game around, you know, collectible and and

the game basically, the three things and all this other stuff, when you get in before, you know, little bit free for all the part that goes. So I do appreciate, you know, the virtual world that do appreciate the fact that some fine, our people are coming to being on board it and the technology behind digital access in general or something that I've been an advocate for going back as far as new 2013. So I'm certainly happy that that process is happening but she industry as a whole really no filter on speculative games. I think he's another perfect example of the number of

people from the cryptocurrency that you know, play after you is actually a very little Except that of the people who buy these and trade them than kind of freedom and by the happy till 10 and that's really going to wear those big pumpkin happening from. I don't have a problem with that person so long as people understand what's really going on, but I do believe some people are kind of misrepresenting the okay. So what do you think about a time limit, the nfc's? When they're entities, that have the following dates after which, you can the transfer it to anyone and it's like space for

it until the time line with the wax museum or your cell. So no one else can. Yes, you are a digital representation. Do you think it's worth of it for the industry? Or maybe I'll ask him, use that can limit to ask you like location-based limitation, or anybody? That is only behind the NFP. After you purchase it, I think things that disappear after time or interesting. I had a concept that was related to inflation. Are you know and then burning in love the stuff Burns gone after a bit before. That was Stacy. And I even wrote up the whole project.

I never found at the team LeBron basically involve the blueprint where you just posted and depending on how much money goes into. It is the size of which is produced this tiny little side of Mount Rushmore, but then you could capture it in a video feed an issue with burn and a seat. So then they're not face at some point. It's conceivable that the burn and actually be worth more than the original, which is actually, that's, that's what I was into. The Cure is for you and Liam. Sorry, the question is like to you so your people can create those

on after you swim. What time limit or anything like limits on the discussion? So I got a few more questions asking you guys cuz I think we have very rich, very same topic side. If we can create those on a piece of can be limited to some of the attributes like time or at or location. I know that that's when they will just drop the value of a comic value of itself because you cannot use the doctor this time. Of course, what do you think about that? If you invest money, will you invest money in the NFC, which will disappear after some

period of time? Or do you think it's more seconds? Useful or brings value is you are as a lost owner of the NFC. Ikea. It really depends on how you say that contacts, right? Like they're in their investment in vehicles where there's a time limit like those darn contract, expiry date and people would still put money in it. So I think it really depends on the whole contact and not just into the unknown attacker, but I'm interested in the idea of putting some kind of a minute or

sometime around. And one of the idea that we were thinking about on only one to have unlockable and a cheese and I would post a NFC that says, just my biggest portfolio Holdings and you are see you at either 10:30 and then you can see it. So, that's a, it says that I'm holding a lot of Solano. And then I Joel decided she wants to see this too, but he doesn't want to know, pay a lot of money to buy you. I love you and you're looking for you and me. Onlyfans but but they end up T twist. I like that. Yeah, we should definitely try

to go like that kind of thing. The investor split one, part of the investor said, hi, Alex. It's like it's the very bad things and other parts that is super cool. I'm going to be the last one. So no one can steal my representation of myself anymore. And that's what super exciting thing for them. And I was really, really a shock. That's why I actually want to ask fish fishes. Look like we're leaving the industrialization and we passing Crosslines of post-industrial. I swear the money is not so important for everyone. What do you think? How it's a little deal with the economic environments and them

just saying if what people will care about and if he's not mine. And then what what will be the value of them in terms of the connect? Each other. In terms of the metaverse. What do what day will be looking for? Yeah. I think we're strong with the blockchain technology that we're leveraging antenna fuse, and we're seeing that over the last 10 years, how that's the melting, whether your community is ethereum or your social tokens that are now. Gaining more prominent.

I think we're bonding together around creativity. I think it's machine learning, and AI ever take away. A lot of the kind of commoditized types of work. I think create human. Creativity is is what being spurred by that and, you know, again were able to utilize Technologies like a rvr, NFC technology to really create compelling creative endeavors. Experiences that we can connect with each other. And again, that's kind of what separates I think Humanity from

from from machine. And, and I think that you're going to see more and more of that platform such as what we're doing a super old and others, you know, I think her helping human creativity flourish. So that's that's what I'm really hoping for again in and bringing alignment to those initiatives and incentives. So we can actually do things that are very positive for the world cuz it's much needed. So that's that's what we're focused on. Awesome. So well, that sounds really cool. I like that idea. I said that's a thank you and Jasmine for the very nice discussion. I

heard that you're going to enjoy this and show it to your at Alex friends, and Mom's been here for the future of Fremont. Connections places to stay in line going to be New York next session. I hope you see everyone in a way or any part of the world. Thank you very much for your time.
