About the talk
We hypothesised that microlending and DeFi DApps targeted specifically to the African context – and based on historical cultural norms – will accelerate user adoption. In this challenge, we invited our community to find a way to increase proposals from businesses to address this hypothesis and result in micro-lending and DeFi DApps made for the African context.
About speaker
I'm currently studying the MPhil in Economics at Oxford University. I am a former research assistant working with the Sustainable Shared-Prosperity Policy Index at the Institute for Research on Labor and Employment at UC Berkeley, research assistant to Dr. Therese Nilsson and summer research assistant at Ratio institute. Leadership experience includes the presidency of Lund Debate Society, tutor at Studybuddy AB and youth leader at Protus philosophy camps.
