About talk

Topic: IT

Monitoring systems is hard. Monitoring large systems is even harder. What do you do when your (good) monitoring detects that something is wrong? Alert the on-call with all you’ve got! What do the on-call engineers do? Panic!

This is bound to happen unless you build a positive and productive experience for the on-call engineers. We’re here to tell you about the tools and practices that we develop to make on-call a healthy activity at Uber.
